Pesta Danau Toba 2009 (7-11 oktober)

In 2008, the North Sumatra provincial government has revived TOBA LAKE PARTY (Pesta Danau Toba) as core-event tourism in North Sumatra, which is implemented to walk with great fanfare, successfully and smoothly, and was attended by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and several Cabinet Ministers.

This is Blog Dashyat. In order to maintain consistency and consequences as a fixed calendar serbuah annual tourism activities in North Sumatra, the TOBA LAKE PARTY event for the year 2009 needs to be done again.

TOBA LAKE PARTY 2009 (Pesta Danau Toba (7-11 oktober)) is part of a series of activities VISIT INDONESIA YEAR 2009 which has been published by the central government to foreign countries, with the Lake Toba for its superior tourism destinations.


PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
1. Promote the potential of North Sumatra in the field of tourism and other economic sectors,

2. Support the arts programs, cultural preservation areas to uphold and maintain the identity of the people of North Sumatra, especially in counteracting the negative influence of foreign cultures in the current era of globalization.

3. North Sumatra reflects conditions conducive climate in support of economic development and regional investment.

4. Increasing public passion against the existence of Lake Toba to remain concerned about the condition of the surrounding environment and its future.
